How To Stay Fit and Healthy
If you want to stay fit and healthy you need some help.


Number one Food .You need some good food like fruit and veges and chicken and meat all of that good stuff.Water is very good to drink. You need tap water or from the store. Do not drink water from lakes because you can get ill and sick. That will not be good but you can drink lake water if you have some  tablets so you can get all the bugs  out off the water so you will not get sick and die.

Exercise is very good for you because it is very healthy to do and you need lots of it to help you do jobs and work. And running you need to go for a run for 1 or 2 hours and you need to sweat to get fit. You can go to the gym sometimes and get strong and healthy but you need to work hard to get fit and healthy. You need to do that every day to get the goal you want, fit and healthy, not fat and chubby. These things you need to do to get fit and healthy. Exercise is the key to saying fit.

 Sleep is very important because is helps you the next day so your batteries will be charged.Device use is very important because if you go on it too long you can not sleep and you will get tired the next day that will not be good will it. The more sleep you have the more energy you have. It is very good if your batteries are fully charged you can go on for hours and hours and you need to get sleep the next day all over again and you will not be tired and you will not get sick.
